Structural Repair of BPCL Guest House,

N Square Engineers successfully executed a comprehensive structural repair and rehabilitation project for the BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) guest house located in the prestigious Greater Kailash-1 neighbourhood of New Delhi. Ageing structures in high-use institutional properties often develop stress fractures, concrete spalling, and rebar corrosion — conditions that compromise both safety and asset value.

Our certified structural engineers carried out a rigorous assessment of the existing building, identified all structural deficiencies, and designed a targeted remediation programme.
